Do you charge sales tax?
We collect sales tax where we are required to by law. Any applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout.
Can your products be used outdoors?
Most of our items are suggested for indoor use unless specifically mentioned in the item’s description or "Details" tab. If you’re going to use any item such as chairs outdoors, it’s suggested that you not leave them uncovered in the elements and bring them inside or cover them to extend their lifespan.
Will you send someone to help with assembly and installation?
Most of our products are either pre-assembled or easy to self-assemble. To make the process simple for you, here are our inputs for scenarios you might encounter:
Self-Assemble: Instructions are included with each item sold on our website.
Additional Help: If you need further help with furniture assembly, there are several product pages which have video guides on how to assemble your item.
Delivery Upgrade: Light assembly during delivery is available to purchase at checkout for some of our furniture items.
External Help: For either furniture assembly or mounting installation, we also suggest using a service like taskrabbit.com to get some extra help!
Can I purchase extra/spare parts?
Most of our items come as closed kits, and at present we're not able to make the kit components available for individual sale. However always reach out should you need something, and we will check to see if we have what you need.
Where are your products manufactured?
We are very focused in our search for craftsmen that will meet our customer’s needs. We only deal with Factory Direct relationships where we have control on quality produced by our designated manufacturers. We currently work with manufacturers in India and are planning to expand to Vietnam, Malaysia, China and Indonesia. All our partners have personally visited every single factory we work with on a regular basis and make sure they continue to meet our strict benchmarks for ethical business practices and quality control.
Are finish colors shown in your photos accurate?
Our product photography was taken in-house with professional lighting to ensure that the colors are accurate. However, do be advised that your screen settings (such as brightness, contrast, and resolution) may affect how you see the colors and textures on your device.
Do you use flame retardants in your furniture?
No. None of our foam or fabrics contain PBDE (flame retardants) and they are certified to be free of toxic gases. We strive to do what is best for the environment and safe for your home. All our products are compliant with revised California technical bulletin TB-117-2013.
Do you have a showroom or a brick-and-mortar location?
Currently we don't have any showrooms. This allows us to keep our overhead down and offer the great pricing that you see. Try out our furniture in your own home! What kind of warranty do you have on your products?
Our products are designed to last, and we stand by their quality. All our product come with a one-year warranty. We will replace or repair any products with defects in material or workmanship. Our manufacturer’s warranty applies one year from date of delivery. For the warranty to apply, the product must have been used for its intended purpose through normal use. Products are not covered by warranty if used for commercial purposes or defect is from causes beyond normal wear and tear.

Are your products commercial grade?

Yes, absolutely safe. Your credit card information is transferred using the same 256-bit encryption and physical security that banks use.
Do you offer financing?
Yes, we are on it! We plan to launch multiple financing and easy to pay options from January 2022.

What types of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, and Discover). U.S. customers will soon be to finance their purchase with our financing partners.
When will I be charged for my order?
You will be charged for your order at the time that you place it, including for any items which are out of stock at the time of purchase.
Will I get confirmation of my order?
An order confirmation email is sent to you when you place your order. If you have not received it within a few hours of placing your order, please contact us to let us know. Another email will be sent when your order has shipped to notify you with tracking information.
Can I add something to an order I’ve already placed?
If you’re interested in adding another item after your initial order has been placed, you can just place a new order with the items you’re looking for!
Can I preorder an item?
At this time, we are not able to take preorders. We can only accept new orders for items that are in stock and ready to ship.
Can I reserve an item before ordering, or reserve one that is out of stock?
We can only reserve inventory for paid orders. We can hold your paid order for up to 21 days, however, we cannot reserve an item that has not been paid for. Additionally, we are unable to reserve inventory for items that are currently out of stock.
How do I cancel my order completely?
Contact us immediately to cancel your order. If your order has not left our warehouse, we will cancel your order and issue you a full refund. If your order has already been dispatched from our warehouse unfortunately, we cannot cancel your order and you will have to return the product in accordance with our return policy.
What do I do if my furniture does not fit during delivery?
If you have a tight doorway or hallway, we highly recommend you measure the space before placing an order to ensure you have a smooth delivery process. Please contact us at support@furnishomes.com with any questions about dimensions of an item or the best way to measure your space. We can give you the product dimensions before assembly, which may solve your problem!
